CLUB RULES
That the club shall consist of a limited number of active Members and be called ‘The Ware Angling Club’
That Officers of the club shall be appointed:

President, Vice President, Chairman, Honorary Secretary, Treasurer, Match Secretary, Fishery Officer and Committee. All to be elected annually at the Annual General Meeting.
That two Members be elected by a vote to audit the club books every twelve months.
All fees and subscriptions must be paid in full, at a time notified by the Secretary.
Any Members leaving the club voluntarily or being expelled shall forfeit all benefits immediately and must return their membership card at the time of leaving.
That the Committee shall have the power to offer prizes at their discretion, from Club funds.
That no existing Club Rule shall be amended or altered during the season. Written notice of any proposals must be given not later than the end of February, so as to be included on the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting.
It is an offence for any litter of any kind to be deposited on any waters.
Members should conduct themselves in a gentlemanly manner to obviate annoyance to others.
Members will be automatically bound by any rules in agreements signed by the Club with companies concerning fishing rights. Members will also respect any rules of clubs whose waters we may fish.
All fish to be returned alive to Club Waters, except diseased or specimen fish if required for submitting to National records.
Guests are not allowed to fish Club Waters
Junior Members under the age of 14 years are NOT allowed to fish Club Waters unless accompanied by an adult member over the age of 16 years.
NO Member under the age of 16 years is allowed to Night Fish any of the Club Waters, unless that Member is accompanied by an adult member who is aged 18 years or over and is willing to accept responsibility for the welfare, conduct and behaviour of the younger member and that they are both fishing from the same swim.This rule to apply to all of the fisheries available to the Club for NIGHT fishing.
Please remember there is NO Night Fishing allowed at Nine Ashes Pond or at Pretty Lake
Any breach of Club Rules shall render a member liable to expulsion.
